For recovery studios: Bespoke videos. Custom audio. Made for your studio in minutes.

Adults use cryotherapy, cold plunges, float tanks and saunas. Before guests step inside, your staff run through what to wear, the health questions and how long people usually stay.

Your staff explain each recovery room

One guest is booked for a first float, another for their regular time in the cryotherapy chamber. Newcomers ask whether the tank lid must close, how cold the plunge gets and why a shower comes before floating.

  1. Before the visit

Someone who has just booked a first cryotherapy session may wonder how cold the chamber is, how long they stay and who is nearby. A reminder text can link your studio lead’s answer on what happens in a session, health questions first.

What happens in a whole-body cryotherapy session?

  2. At your studio

Outside the float room, a first-time guest may hesitate at the thought of a closed, dark tank. The QR sign by that door opens a staff member’s answer on lights and the lid. Back at reception, the salt room answer is up next on the studio TV with Plus.

Is the float tank dark and closed, and can I leave it open?

  3. After the visit

Choosing a room for the next visit, a guest who tried the cold plunge may be weighing a sauna and wonder how infrared and traditional ones differ. That answer is on their phone from the studio lead, beside one on how long people stay in.

What is the difference between an infrared and a traditional sauna?

Questions your visitors ask

How these questions work

Guests ask what happens in a cryotherapy session, what to wear in the chamber and what a cold plunge is like. They want to know whether the float tank is dark and closed, why they shower first, why some people cough in the salt room, how infrared and traditional saunas differ and whether children can use any of the rooms.

We write the untagged answers after you order; rows tagged Your own are answered from your website where it says, or in your own words.

What our library answers never do

Library answers pass our automated fact check against trusted sources. Your office approves every answer before it plays.

  • No health claims about any room

Answers describe what each room is like, and what cold or heat may do for health is left to your staff.

Library answers never say that something will not hurt, never advise on anyone’s own care or treatment, never name a brand and never guess what only your studio knows.

Your studio is responsible for the questions and answers it adds, as our Terms say.

Questions about Lobbypie for recovery studios

What does Lobbypie do for recovery studios?

Each room gets its own videos from your staff: the cryotherapy chamber, the float tank and the salt room, for a guest trying one for the first time. Plus adds a short video for each answer.

How much does Lobbypie cost for recovery studios?

Annual: $99/mo paid yearly ($1,188 plus tax) on Starter, or $199/mo paid yearly ($2,388 plus tax) on Plus, for the year: 50% less than paying monthly. Monthly: $199 or $399 today, your first month, with no setup fee. Add-ons are extra. Cancel anytime.

What does our studio need to do to get started?

Getting started takes about 5 minutes: share your website, and we draft your team and your answers from it and our library. Your page goes live after staff permissions, content creation and your review.

Where and when do visitors use our studio’s page?

Put the QR sign at reception and outside each room. Guests listen at reception before a first session, with every word on screen, and replay the float answer before stepping in.

What can our waiting room TV play at a studio?

At reception, your staff’s answers on showering before a float and on the health questions asked before cold rooms play one by one with captions on the waiting room TV, which also shows a note typed at the desk when a room is running behind. The TV comes with Plus; Starter includes audio and written answers.

Can visitors hear our answers in Spanish or another language?

Yes. English is included, and Plus adds 1 more language you choose, such as Spanish. Others can be added for a fee, up to 27 languages; each shows once its answers are reviewed.

Who appears on our page, and whose voices do visitors hear?

Add the studio staff who walk guests to each room and the lead who goes over the health questions, so a first-timer knows both faces. With Plus, your videos show these same people. Each person says yes on their own private link and chooses their look and voice. A Custom voice, from their own short recording, is included with Plus and an add-on on Starter. Not offered in TX or IL.

Do visitors need an app or a sign-in?

No. Your page opens in a web browser and asks for no visitor sign-in or name. Keep information about any particular visitor out of your answers and your messages to us.
