Yes, from your account. Add library questions or write your own. Answers within your plan’s allowance are already paid for; your account shows the price before you add an answer beyond it.
Eligible pages have Edit wording in the account’s questions list. Save and approve the new words, then review the new recording before sharing it. Re-recordings have a monthly allowance; your account tells you when it is used up.
Remove anyone who leaves your team and add new staff members from your account. Each new person gives their own permission. Starter takes up to 4 staff members; Plus has no plan limit. Your account shows any extra charge before you add someone.
