Hello, my name is Zeina Totah. I'm a studio lead.

What happens in a whole-body cryotherapy session?

A whole-body cryotherapy session exposes most of your body to very cold, dry air inside a chamber or cabin. Each session is timed by the staff.

Staff usually ask health questions first and may check your blood pressure. You change into minimal clothing, with dry gloves, socks and slippers to protect areas prone to frostbite. You then step into the chamber, usually with a staff member close by, and you can step out early if you choose.

Call the office if you have questions about your visit or your care. This is general information, not personal instructions. The studio staff can tell you what applies to you.

Thanks for watching.
