For your web person: loading and privacy
For your web person
- The button loads one small script from lobbypie.com. The office page loads only after someone taps it.
- The button draws itself in its own box, so your site’s styles cannot change it.
- Every code opens the same plain office link, with no patient details.
- The office page opens inside only the website addresses we add for your office. A private preview never opens inside another website.
Your website’s own cookies, analytics and ad pixels are yours. They cannot see inside the office page, but they can see visits to the web page it sits on. If a web page runs ad pixels, put the office page on one without them.

Questions about adding your page to your website
How can our website open our Lobbypie page?
Add a plain link, show the page inside an embedded frame or add a corner button that opens it. This page shows a sample and copyable code for each.
Which option works if our site only lets us add links?
Use the plain link button. It opens your Lobbypie page in a new tab and needs no embedded frame or corner-button script.
Can we embed our page on any website?
Your page must be live, and embedded frames and corner buttons work only on the website addresses approved for your office. A plain link can be shared anywhere.
Is the sample code already connected to our office?
No. These examples open the invented sample office. Use the website code for your own office when you add your page to your site.
Will sound start when someone visits our website?
Visitors press Play to start listening to an answer. A plain link does not load the office page until they open it.
Where are the instructions for our website builder?
Open the website builder section on this page. It lists which options each builder supports, with steps and links to the builder’s help.
