Your IV team explains the visit

Some clients have never had an IV outside a hospital, while regulars know their chair by now. A first-timer wonders what is in the bag and whether the needle hurts, and anyone on daily medicines asks which ones staff should know about.

  1. Before the visit

A client booking a first drip may want to know who will place the IV, and whether that person is a nurse, before rolling up a sleeve. Their booking email can carry your clinician’s answer on who places IVs and how each trained.

Who places the IV, and what training do they have?

  2. At your lounge

Waiting at the lounge check-in for the blood pressure cuff, a client may wonder why vitals come before any drip, and a nurse answers that from the QR sign there. Across the room, the lounge’s own TV plays answers with Plus, among them how long a drip takes, captioned.

Why are my blood pressure and pulse checked before a drip?

  3. After the visit

The evening after a drip, a client who finds a tender spot or a bruise near where the IV went in can replay a nurse’s answer about it. The answer on feeling unwell during a drip is one more to hear before the next booking.

What if my arm is sore or bruised afterward?

  4. The QR sign

  4. The lounge’s new weekend hours, in the panel beside each answer

Captions on every answer video.

  • A cable channel over the lounge chairs shows no one who will start a client’s IV. Whoever starts IVs or approves drips at your lounge gave a yes on a private link before appearing, and every answer waits for the lounge’s approval.

  • Health questions are easier for some clients in Spanish, and the check-in and vitals answers can be heard in it, a second language the lounge gets with Plus.

Questions your visitors ask

How these questions work

Clients ask what exactly is in their drip, how long it usually takes and whether the IV hurts. They want to know what happens if they feel unwell during the drip, which medicines or health conditions staff should know about, what to do if their arm is sore or bruised afterward and whether teens or children can have IV therapy.

We write the untagged answers after you order; rows tagged Your own are answered from your website where it says, or in your own words.

What our library answers never do

Library answers pass our automated fact check against trusted sources. Your office approves every answer before it plays.

  • No health claims about drips

Answers explain the visit itself, and what a drip is for is a question for the clinician who approves it.

Library answers never say that something will not hurt, never advise on anyone’s own care or treatment, never name a brand and never guess what only your lounge knows.

Your lounge is responsible for the questions and answers it adds, as our Terms say.

Questions about Lobbypie for IV hydration lounges

What does Lobbypie do for IV hydration lounges?

The vitals check, the contents of a drip and how long one takes are each a short video from your nurses, for clients booking a first drip. Plus adds a short video for each answer.

How much does Lobbypie cost for IV hydration lounges?

Annual: $99/mo paid yearly ($1,188 plus tax) on Starter, or $199/mo paid yearly ($2,388 plus tax) on Plus, for the year: 50% less than paying monthly. Monthly: $199 or $399 today, your first month, with no setup fee. Add-ons are extra. Cancel anytime.

What does our lounge need to do to get started?

Getting started takes about 5 minutes: share your website, and we draft your team and your answers from it and our library. Your page goes live after staff permissions, content creation and your review.

Where and when do visitors use our lounge’s page?

Put the QR sign at the lounge check-in and add the page to the booking confirmation. Clients listen at check-in before the health questions, with every word on screen, and replay the aftercare answer at home.

What can our waiting room TV play at a lounge?

Above the lounge chairs, a waiting room TV can run your nurses’ answers on feeling unwell during a drip and on who places the IV, each one captioned, with your nurses and clinician introducing themselves in short videos between the answers. The TV comes with Plus; Starter includes audio and written answers.

Can visitors hear our answers in Spanish or another language?

Yes. English is included, and Plus adds 1 more language you choose, such as Spanish. Others can be added for a fee, up to 27 languages; each shows once its answers are reviewed.

Who appears on our page, and whose voices do visitors hear?

Add each nurse who starts IVs and the clinician who approves drips, so a client knows who checks their vitals before the needle goes in. With Plus, your videos show these same people. Each person says yes on their own private link and chooses their look and voice. A Custom voice, from their own short recording, is included with Plus and an add-on on Starter. Not offered in TX or IL.

Do visitors need an app or a sign-in?

No. Your page opens in a web browser and asks for no visitor sign-in or name. Keep information about any particular visitor out of your answers and your messages to us.
