Adults come for massage, and your therapists talk through draping and speaking up about pressure before the session. If you also see young clients, add answers for them.

Massage studio waiting room TV videos for first sessions

Your therapists explain the massage session

Clients range from someone redeeming a gift card for a very first massage to regulars who always book the same therapist. A newcomer may wonder how much clothing comes off, whether scented oils will be used and whether they are expected to chat.

  1. Before the visit

A client booked for a first massage may wonder what takes place between arriving and lying on the table. The link in their booking email opens one of your therapists walking through that first session, to play the evening before.

  2. At your studio

Halfway through the intake form, a client may pause at its health section; the QR sign in the waiting area opens a massage therapist’s answer on why it asks. The studio’s own TV runs answers with Plus, one of them on whether to chat or keep silent during a massage.

Why do you ask health questions before a massage?

  3. After the visit

Deciding what to book next time, a client who wanted firmer work, or lighter, can replay a therapist comparing the styles the studio offers. The pressure answer sits beside it, for anyone who stayed quiet on the table when they would rather have spoken up.

How do Swedish, deep tissue and sports massage differ?

Questions your visitors ask

How these questions work

Adults ask what happens at a first session, how much they undress and how they are kept covered, how to say the pressure is too much and how Swedish, deep tissue and sports massage differ.

We write the untagged answers after you order; rows tagged Your own are answered from your website where it says, or in your own words.

What our library answers never do

Library answers pass our automated fact check against trusted sources. Your office approves every answer before it plays.

  • No health claims

Answers describe the session itself, and questions about what massage does for health go to your therapists.

Library answers never say that something will not hurt, never advise on anyone’s own care or treatment, never name a brand and never guess what only your studio knows.

Your studio is responsible for the questions and answers it adds, as our Terms say.

Questions about Lobbypie for massage studios

What does Lobbypie do for massage studios?

Your massage therapists explain a first session, how draping works and how to ask for lighter or firmer pressure in short videos, the questions a client brings before lying down on the table. Plus adds a short video for each answer.

How much does Lobbypie cost for massage studios?

Annual: $99/mo paid yearly ($1,188 plus tax) on Starter, or $199/mo paid yearly ($2,388 plus tax) on Plus, for the year: 50% less than paying monthly. Monthly: $199 or $399 today, your first month, with no setup fee. Add-ons are extra. Cancel anytime.

What does our studio need to do to get started?

Getting started takes about 5 minutes: share your website, and we draft your team and your answers from it and our library. Your page goes live after staff permissions, content creation and your review.

Where and when do visitors use our studio’s page?

Add the page to the booking confirmation and put the QR sign in the waiting area. Clients listen before a first session, while they wait for their appointment, or at home before they come back for the next one.

What can our waiting room TV play at a studio?

On the waiting area TV, your therapists’ answers on the health form, massage during pregnancy and how the styles differ can play one at a time, each captioned. Between them come short introductions in which each therapist says a little about their work. The TV comes with Plus; Starter includes audio and written answers.

Can visitors hear our answers in Spanish or another language?

Yes. English is included, and Plus adds 1 more language you choose, such as Spanish. Others can be added for a fee, up to 27 languages; each shows once its answers are reviewed.

Who appears on our page, and whose voices do visitors hear?

Add your massage therapists and front desk, so a client knows who to expect before the door closes. With Plus, your videos show these same people. Each person says yes on their own private link and chooses their look and voice. A Custom voice, from their own short recording, is included with Plus and an add-on on Starter. Not offered in TX or IL.

Do visitors need an app or a sign-in?

No. Your page opens in a web browser and asks for no visitor sign-in or name. Keep information about any particular visitor out of your answers and your messages to us.
