Your practitioners explain the first visit

A new patient may already see a regular doctor and take medicines and supplements, and wonder where this practice fits in. They ask what training a naturopathic doctor has, and someone pregnant or breastfeeding asks what to mention first.

  1. Before the visit

A patient booking a first appointment may be surprised by how much time it takes and wonder what fills it. One of your practitioners explains in the email new patients receive with the intake form and its questions on food, sleep and family history.

Why is the first visit so long?

  2. At your practice

Early for a first visit, a patient at reception may still wonder how it will differ from seeing their regular doctor. The QR sign on the counter opens a practitioner’s answer to that. Plus lets the practice’s own TV loop the training and license answer, captioned.

How is this different from a visit with my regular doctor?

  3. After the visit

Holding a list of suggested supplements, a patient who already takes prescription medicines wants to hear again whether the two can interact. That answer waits on their phone, next to a practitioner explaining what the follow-up visit covers.

Can suggested supplements interact with medicines I already take?

  4. The QR sign

  • A cable health channel speaks to everyone and says nothing about your practice’s intake form. Practitioners and nurses join the page by giving permission on a link sent to each of them, and the practice approves every word before anyone hears it.

  • Patients who read health forms more easily in Spanish can follow the intake and lab test answers in it, if the practice picks it as its extra language with Plus.

Questions your visitors ask

How these questions work

Patients ask what training and license a naturopathic doctor has, how this care differs from a visit with their regular doctor and how the two fit together. They want to know who runs the lab tests, whether suggested supplements can interact with medicines they already take, what to mention if they are pregnant or breastfeeding and what happens at a follow-up visit.

We write the untagged answers after you order; rows tagged Your own are answered from your website where it says, or in your own words.

What our library answers never do

Library answers pass our automated fact check against trusted sources. Your office approves every answer before it plays.

  • No remedies or outcomes

Answers describe the visit itself, and any remedy or result is discussed with your practitioners.

Library answers never say that something will not hurt, never advise on anyone’s own care or treatment, never name a brand and never guess what only your practice knows.

Your practice is responsible for the questions and answers it adds, as our Terms say.

Questions about Lobbypie for naturopathic practices

What does Lobbypie do for naturopathic practices?

Why a first visit runs long, what the intake form asks about and how lab tests are ordered: your practitioners and nurses take each one in a short video. Plus adds a short video for each answer.

How much does Lobbypie cost for naturopathic practices?

Annual: $99/mo paid yearly ($1,188 plus tax) on Starter, or $199/mo paid yearly ($2,388 plus tax) on Plus, for the year: 50% less than paying monthly. Monthly: $199 or $399 today, your first month, with no setup fee. Add-ons are extra. Cancel anytime.

What does our practice need to do to get started?

Getting started takes about 5 minutes: share your website, and we draft your team and your answers from it and our library. Your page goes live after staff permissions, content creation and your review.

Where and when do visitors use our practice’s page?

Add the page to the new-patient email, beside the intake form, and put the QR sign at reception. Patients listen while filling in the intake form at home, with every word on screen, and replay the supplement answer before a follow-up visit.

What can our waiting room TV play at a practice?

Facing the chairs at reception, a waiting room TV can play your practitioners’ answers on lab tests, follow-up visits and supplements beside other medicines in turn, each with captions, while the practice’s holiday hours sit in a tall panel beside the video. The TV comes with Plus; Starter includes audio and written answers.

Can visitors hear our answers in Spanish or another language?

Yes. English is included, and Plus adds 1 more language you choose, such as Spanish. Others can be added for a fee, up to 27 languages; each shows once its answers are reviewed.

Who appears on our page, and whose voices do visitors hear?

Add your practitioners, nurses and front desk, the people who go over the intake form, explain lab tests and book follow-ups, so a new patient knows each of them. With Plus, your videos show these same people. Each person says yes on their own private link and chooses their look and voice. A Custom voice, from their own short recording, is included with Plus and an add-on on Starter. Not offered in TX or IL.

Do visitors need an app or a sign-in?

No. Your page opens in a web browser and asks for no visitor sign-in or name. Keep information about any particular visitor out of your answers and your messages to us.
