Your coaches explain the wellness center

A first coaching client may not know what a health coach is trained to do, or how coaching sits beside care from their doctor. Children who come along have questions, such as why a coach asks about bedtime or whether they can join a class.

  1. Before the visit

With a first coaching session booked, a client may wonder what the coach will and will not do, and whether it is a medical visit. The first session email links one of your health coaches explaining their role, before any goals are set.

What does a health coach do, and what do they not do?

    Adults

  2. At your center

During a parent’s session with the coach, a child at reception may ask what their grown-up is doing in there. The QR sign at the desk opens a coach’s answer told for children, and the services answer comes up, captioned, on the center’s TV with Plus.

What is my grown-up doing in their session?

    Kids

  3. After the visit

Partway through a coaching program, a client trying the small steps they chose may wonder what happens before the next session. A coach answers that on the page, where the answer on setting goals sits too.

    What happens between coaching sessions?

    Adults

What our library answers never do

Library answers pass our automated fact check against trusted sources. Your office approves every answer before it plays.

  • No promised results

Answers explain how coaching and classes work, and goals and progress are worked out with your coaches.

Library answers never say that something will not hurt, never advise on anyone’s own care or treatment, never name a brand and never guess what only your center knows.

Your center is responsible for the questions and answers it adds, as our Terms say.

Questions about Lobbypie for wellness centers

What does Lobbypie do for wellness centers?

Coaching videos from your health coaches explain what a coach does and does not do, how goals get set and what happens between sessions, and children hear whether they can try a class. Plus adds a short video for each answer.

How much does Lobbypie cost for wellness centers?

Annual: $99/mo paid yearly ($1,188 plus tax) on Starter, or $199/mo paid yearly ($2,388 plus tax) on Plus, for the year: 50% less than paying monthly. Monthly: $199 or $399 today, your first month, with no setup fee. Add-ons are extra. Cancel anytime.

What does our center need to do to get started?

Getting started takes about 5 minutes: share your website, and we draft your team and your answers from it and our library. Your page goes live after staff permissions, content creation and your review.

Where and when do visitors use our center’s page?

Put the QR sign at reception and in the class studio, and add the page to the first session confirmation. Adults listen before a first coaching session, and children listen while their grown-up is in one.

What can our waiting room TV play at a center?

Beside the reception desk, a waiting room TV can play your coaches’ answers on coaching beside a doctor’s care and coaching for teens and families, and a children’s answer on the quiet rooms, each captioned, between short videos of your coaches and instructors introducing themselves. The TV comes with Plus; Starter includes audio and written answers.

Can visitors hear our answers in Spanish or another language?

Yes. English is included, and Plus adds 1 more language you choose, such as Spanish. Others can be added for a fee, up to 27 languages; each shows once its answers are reviewed.

Who appears on our page, and whose voices do visitors hear?

Add your health coaches and class instructors, so a family knows who leads each session and class before they walk in. With Plus, your videos show these same people. Each person says yes on their own private link and chooses their look and voice. A Custom voice, from their own short recording, is included with Plus and an add-on on Starter. Not offered in TX or IL.

Do visitors need an app or a sign-in?

No. Your page opens in a web browser and asks for no visitor sign-in or name. Keep information about any particular visitor out of your answers and your messages to us.
