For acupuncture practices: Bespoke videos. Custom audio. Made for your practice in minutes.

Adults, and some children, come for acupuncture, cupping and herbal consultations. Your acupuncturists walk first-timers through needles and the pulse check, and children hear needle-free options before deciding.

What your acupuncture practice waiting room TV plays

Your acupuncturists explain the visit

Adults come for needles, cupping or an herbal consultation, and a child may be booked after a parent. Clients ask whether every needle is new and whether Chinese herbs mix with their medicines, while a child eyes the glass cups and jars of herbs.

  1. Before the visit

Once a first appointment is booked, a new client may want to know what happens from the forms onward, and what to wear. An acupuncturist’s answer on the first visit can wait in their first-visit email, beside the clothing answer.

What happens at a first acupuncture visit?

    Adults

  2. At your practice

Waiting beside a parent, a child may ask why the acupuncturist feels their wrist, and the QR sign in the waiting room opens an acupuncturist’s answer meant for children. Sterile, single-use needles get a captioned turn on the clinic’s waiting room TV, part of Plus.

Why do they feel my wrist?

    Kids

  3. After the visit

Seeing round marks in the mirror the day after cupping, a client can replay your acupuncturist’s answer on why they appear. Someone going home with Chinese herbs can hear the answer on herbs and medicines again before opening them.

What is cupping, and why can it leave round marks?

    Adults

  4. A forms card shown between videos, its code opening the new client health history

  • Cable programming in an acupuncture waiting room cannot introduce the person who will place the first needle. Each of your acupuncturists says yes on their own link before appearing, and the screen shows only answers the practice has approved.

  • Clients and parents more comfortable in Spanish can hear the needle and cupping answers in it when the practice makes it the second language Plus brings.

What our library answers never do

Library answers pass our automated fact check against trusted sources. Your office approves every answer before it plays.

  • No claims about results

Answers describe what happens at a visit, and what treatment may do for someone is discussed with your acupuncturists.

Library answers never say that something will not hurt, never advise on anyone’s own care or treatment, never name a brand and never guess what only your practice knows.

Your practice is responsible for the questions and answers it adds, as our Terms say.

Questions about Lobbypie for acupuncture practices

What does Lobbypie do for acupuncture practices?

A first visit, sterile single-use needles and cupping each get a short video from your acupuncturists, and children hear an answer of their own about options without needles. Plus adds a short video for each answer.

How much does Lobbypie cost for acupuncture practices?

Annual: $99/mo paid yearly ($1,188 plus tax) on Starter, or $199/mo paid yearly ($2,388 plus tax) on Plus, for the year: 50% less than paying monthly. Monthly: $199 or $399 today, your first month, with no setup fee. Add-ons are extra. Cancel anytime.

What does our practice need to do to get started?

Getting started takes about 5 minutes: share your website, and we draft your team and your answers from it and our library. Your page goes live after staff permissions, content creation and your review.

Where and when do visitors use our practice’s page?

Add the page to the first-visit email and put the QR sign in the waiting room. Clients listen at home before a first visit, and children listen with a grown-up before deciding on needles or another option.

What can our waiting room TV play at a practice?

By the front desk, a waiting room TV can cycle through your acupuncturists’ answers on moxibustion, acupuncture during pregnancy and, for children, what acupuncture is, each with captions. Between videos, a forecast card shows the next few days of weather before clients head home. The TV comes with Plus; Starter includes audio and written answers.

Can visitors hear our answers in Spanish or another language?

Yes. English is included, and Plus adds 1 more language you choose, such as Spanish. Others can be added for a fee, up to 27 languages; each shows once its answers are reviewed.

Who appears on our page, and whose voices do visitors hear?

Add your acupuncturists and front desk, so a nervous first-timer meets a calm face before the first needle. With Plus, your videos show these same people. Each person says yes on their own private link and chooses their look and voice. A Custom voice, from their own short recording, is included with Plus and an add-on on Starter. Not offered in TX or IL.

Do visitors need an app or a sign-in?

No. Your page opens in a web browser and asks for no visitor sign-in or name. Keep information about any particular visitor out of your answers and your messages to us.
