Meditation studio waiting room TV for new students

Your teachers explain meditation class

Someone new to meditation may doubt they can sit cross-legged for long, or ask whether the class follows any faith, while a regular asks what training the teachers have. In a kids’ session, children wonder about closing their eyes and lying on a mat.

  1. Before the visit

Having signed up for a first class, a new student may wonder what the session holds and whether anyone will ask them to speak or chant. A meditation teacher’s answer can reach them through the email confirming their spot, to play before leaving home.

What happens in a first class?

    Adults

  2. At your studio

By the studio door, a child early for the kids’ session may ask what the bell is for. The QR sign there opens a teacher’s answer for young students, and the TV by the door, with Plus, shows whether a chair can stand in for the floor, captioned.

What is the bell sound for?

    Kids

  3. After the visit

After a first guided meditation, a student curious about the breathwork and sound bath on the schedule can replay a teacher setting them side by side. The answer on what to tell the teacher before breathwork is on the same page.

How do meditation, breathwork and a sound bath differ?

What our library answers never do

Library answers pass our automated fact check against trusted sources. Your office approves every answer before it plays.

  • No mental health claims

Answers describe the class and the room, and questions about mental health go to a person’s own clinician.

Library answers never say that something will not hurt, never advise on anyone’s own care or treatment, never name a brand and never guess what only your studio knows.

Your studio is responsible for the questions and answers it adds, as our Terms say.

Questions about Lobbypie for meditation studios

What does Lobbypie do for meditation studios?

Meditation class videos from your teachers explain a first class, sitting on the floor or a chair and how breathwork differs from a sound bath, and children hear about busy thoughts. Plus adds a short video for each answer.

How much does Lobbypie cost for meditation studios?

Annual: $99/mo paid yearly ($1,188 plus tax) on Starter, or $199/mo paid yearly ($2,388 plus tax) on Plus, for the year: 50% less than paying monthly. Monthly: $199 or $399 today, your first month, with no setup fee. Add-ons are extra. Cancel anytime.

What does our studio need to do to get started?

Getting started takes about 5 minutes: share your website, and we draft your team and your answers from it and our library. Your page goes live after staff permissions, content creation and your review.

Where and when do visitors use our studio’s page?

Put the QR sign on the studio door and add the page to the class confirmation. New students listen before a first class, and children listen with a grown-up before the kids’ session.

What can our waiting room TV play at a studio?

Outside the studio door, the waiting room TV can play your teachers’ answers on whether the class follows a faith and how the teachers trained, and a children’s answer on the wiggles, each captioned, with the local weather in a corner as each one begins. The TV comes with Plus; Starter includes audio and written answers.

Can visitors hear our answers in Spanish or another language?

Yes. English is included, and Plus adds 1 more language you choose, such as Spanish. Others can be added for a fee, up to 27 languages; each shows once its answers are reviewed.

Who appears on our page, and whose voices do visitors hear?

Add your meditation and breathwork teachers, so a new student meets the teacher who will guide the class before it starts. With Plus, your videos show these same people. Each person says yes on their own private link and chooses their look and voice. A Custom voice, from their own short recording, is included with Plus and an add-on on Starter. Not offered in TX or IL.

Do visitors need an app or a sign-in?

No. Your page opens in a web browser and asks for no visitor sign-in or name. Keep information about any particular visitor out of your answers and your messages to us.
