Hello, my name is Dr. Domingo. I'm a family physician.
What happens at the front desk?
The front desk is where a visit usually starts. Someone there checks you in, so the office knows you have arrived.
The person at the desk asks your grown-up for your name and birthday. You can say them too, if you know them. Your grown-up might show a card or fill out forms on paper or a tablet. Then you sit and wait until someone calls your name.
After the visit, your grown-up might stop at the desk again to plan the next visit.
Thanks for watching!
