Hi, I'm Coach Dima. I'm a team coach.

What happens at my first practice?

At a first practice, you meet your coach and your new teammates. Players often say their names, and the coach might go over a few team rules.

Next, everyone warms up, maybe by jogging or stretching. Then the coach shows a skill, like passing or catching a ball. You can watch the coach first, then try it with a partner. Teams often take breaks to drink water.
