Hi, I'm Lydia, a camp director.
Where will I sleep?
At sleepaway camp, you often sleep in a cabin with other kids from your group. Some camps use tents or a lodge instead. Many cabins have bunk beds, with one bed above another.
You might bring a sleeping bag or sheets and a pillow from home. A counselor often sleeps in the cabin too, or close by.
Before lights out, you can keep a flashlight by your bed. Then the cabin gets dark and quiet. In the morning, everyone gets up for breakfast.
Thanks for watching!
