Hello, my name is Fergal Dineen. I'm a guest services lead.

Where is guest services, and what can it help with?

Guest services is a help desk found in many malls, often near a main entrance or in a central court. Directory maps around the mall usually mark where it is.

Staff there can often give directions, maps and a list of stores. Many desks sell mall gift cards, and some lend or rent strollers and wheelchairs. Lost and found is often kept there as well. Services and hours differ from mall to mall.

Call the office if you have questions about your visit or your service. This is general information, not personal instructions. The guest services staff at your mall can explain what they offer.

Thanks for watching.
