What is the clinic at my school?
The clinic at your school is a small doctor's office inside the school building. Kids can get checkups and care there without leaving school.
The clinic might have a nurse, a nurse practitioner, a doctor or a counselor. Some school clinics have a dentist, too. Your grown-up often signs a form first, so you can use the clinic.
At a visit, you can tell the nurse or doctor how your body feels. Then they check you and might share what they found with your grown-up.
