Hello, my name is Davinder Singh Sandhu. I'm a reiki practitioner.
What happens in a Reiki session?
A Reiki session is a quiet practice in which a practitioner places their hands lightly on or just above your body. Practitioners describe it as working with energy, not as massage.
You usually stay fully clothed, lying on a padded table or sitting in a chair. The practitioner may ask about your health and what you hope to get from the session. They then hold their hands in a series of positions, often from the head toward the feet.
Call the office if you have questions about your visit or your care. This is general information, not personal instructions. Your practitioner can tell you what applies to you.
Thanks for watching.
