Hello, my name is Agnes Pang. I'm a store associate.
Which pet fits our family and home?
Choosing a pet often starts with your space, who lives at home, and how much time goes to daily care. Fish, small animals, birds and reptiles each have different needs for housing, food and care.
Pet store staff often ask about allergies, other pets and how busy your home is. They can describe how big an animal grows, how much handling it likes and which supplies it needs. Some animals are most active at night, and some need care for many years.
Call the store if you have questions about your visit. This is general information, not personal instructions. Staff at your store can explain what suits your own home and family.
Thanks for watching.
