Hello, my name is Gemma Tolhurst. I'm a counter agent.
What do I need to send money?
Sending money usually starts with your government photo ID and the cash or card to pay for it. You also give the receiver's full name, as shown on their ID, and the country where the money is going.
For a bank or mobile wallet deposit, the receiver's account or phone number is needed too. Before you pay, you usually see the fee, the exchange rate and the amount the receiver gets. The receipt usually includes a tracking number for the transfer.
Call the office if you have questions about your visit or your service. This is general information, not personal instructions. The counter staff can explain what applies to your own transfer.
Thanks for watching.
