Transcript

Hi, I'm Nathalie, a match support specialist.

What is a mentor?

A mentor is an older friend who spends time with you and cares about you. Many mentors are grown-up volunteers.

Program staff often meet you and your family first. Then they look for a mentor who likes some of the same things. You and your mentor might play a game, take a walk or talk about school.

You can tell your mentor about the things you love. Then you plan more things to do together.

Thanks for watching!
