What tests are in the package?

A health screening package is a set of checkups and tests done in one visit. What it includes varies by center, package, age and sex.

Many packages include a physical exam, blood pressure, height, weight and a urine test. Blood tests often check cholesterol, blood sugar and blood counts. Some add vision and hearing checks, a heart tracing called an ECG, an exercise stress test or an ultrasound. A clinician often goes over the results with you.
