Hello, my name is Mariana Tavares. I'm an insurance navigator.
What should I bring to enroll?
Signing up for health coverage usually starts with details about each person in your home who needs a plan. That often means names, birth dates and Social Security numbers. Some people also bring papers that show their immigration status.
Income records come next, such as pay stubs, W-2 forms or a tax return. Income can change costs and the help you can get. Details about any plan you have now, and about any plan offered through a job, are often needed too.
Call the office if you have questions about your visit or your service. This is general information, not personal instructions. Your enrollment helper can explain what applies to your household.
Thanks for watching.
