Hello, my name is Harman Singh Bains. I'm a store manager.
How do pickup and delivery orders work?
Grocery pickup and delivery orders usually start on the store's website or app, where you fill a cart and pick a time slot. Fees, minimums and delivery areas vary by store.
A store employee or a shopper then gathers the items and may text you about substitutes for anything out of stock. For pickup, you usually park in a marked spot and check in through the app, then an employee brings the bags out. For delivery, a driver brings the order to your door.
Call the office if you have questions about your visit or your service. This is general information, not personal instructions. Your store's staff can explain what applies to your own order.
Thanks for watching.
