Hello, my name is Derrick Song. I'm a shop manager.
What is the return policy on gifts?
Each gift shop sets its own return policy, often printed on the receipt or posted by the register. Many shops take back unused items within a set number of days with a receipt.
A gift receipt lists the item but not the price, so the person who got the gift can return or exchange it. Those returns usually go to store credit or an exchange, not back to the buyer's card. Personalized items, food, sale goods and earrings are often final sale.
Call the office if you have questions about your visit or your service. This is general information, not personal instructions. Your shop's staff can explain the policy for your own purchase.
Thanks for watching.
