Transcript

Hi, I'm Ms. Krause. I'm a forest teacher.

What if it rains?

At a forest preschool, the class usually stays outside when it rains. Kids wear rain jackets, rain pants and boots. If there is thunder, the group moves to a safe place, often indoors.

You might hear drops tapping on leaves and see puddles to stomp in. If you feel cold or wet, you can tell a teacher. A teacher might help you put on dry clothes.

Snack might happen under a tarp or a shelter. At pick-up, wet clothes and muddy boots might go home in a bag.

Thanks for watching!
