Hello, my name is Rainer Gerlach. I'm a market manager.
How do ordering and paying work when each stall is separate?
In a food hall or farmers' market, each stall is usually a separate business that takes its own orders and payments. You order and pay at one stall, then move on to the next for something else.
At food stalls, pickup often works by number, buzzer or name. In food halls, seating is usually shared, so a group can order from different stalls and eat together. Payment options, such as cash, cards or phone payments, can differ from stall to stall.
Call the office if you have questions about your visit or your service. This is general information, not personal instructions. Each vendor can tell you what applies to your own order.
Thanks for watching.
