Hello, my name is Tammy Jourdain. I'm a shift leader.
How do we check the menu for allergens?
Many quick-service restaurants post allergen guides online or in their app, and some keep a printed chart at the counter. The guides often show which menu items contain common allergens, such as milk, eggs, wheat and peanuts.
Kitchens often share fryers, grills and prep surfaces, so traces of an allergen can reach items that do not contain it. Recipes sometimes change, and many restaurants update their guides when they do. Staff at the counter can often share the latest guide.
Call the office if you have questions about your visit or your service. This is general information, not personal instructions. The staff at your restaurant can tell you what applies to your own meal.
Thanks for watching.
