Hello, my name is Uriel Cordero. I'm a store associate.
How does the waitlist or appointment system work?
A carrier store waitlist is a queue of walk-in visitors, kept alongside booked appointments. When you arrive, a greeter or a tablet by the door often takes your name, phone number and reason for visiting.
People with appointments are usually helped close to their booked time, and walk-ins are often helped in the order they arrived. Many stores send a text when someone is free to help, so you can browse phones while you wait. Some stores also take online check-ins and bookings.
Call the office if you have questions about your visit or your service. This is general information, not personal instructions. Your store's staff can explain how check-in works for your own visit.
Thanks for watching.
