Hello, my name is Taranjot Singh Sran. I'm a sonographer.

What does a session include?

A keepsake ultrasound session is a visit to see the baby in 3D or 4D images and take pictures home. It is not a medical exam, and it does not replace the ultrasounds a prenatal care team orders.

Someone on the studio's team spreads gel on the belly and moves a handheld probe while the images appear on a screen. Family members can often watch. Depending on the package, a session may include printed photos, digital images or a video.

Call the office if you have questions about your visit or your care. This is general information, not personal instructions. Your prenatal care team can tell you what applies to your pregnancy.
