Transcript

Hello, my name is Raul Echevarria. I'm a receptionist.

How does visitor check-in work?

Visitor check-in usually happens at a front desk or security desk in the lobby. You give your name and who you are meeting, and many buildings ask to see a photo ID.

The desk often prints a visitor badge and lets your host know you have arrived. Your host or an escort may then meet you and walk you to the meeting. Many buildings ask for the badge back on the way out.

Call the office if you have questions about your visit or your service. This is general information, not personal instructions. Your host or the front desk can explain what applies to your visit.

Thanks for watching.
