Hi, I'm Dr. Nkosi. I'm a physician.
Why are there so many different windows?
A health center often has many kinds of care in one building. There might be doctors, dentists and a place to get medicine, each with its own window.
One window might be where your grown-up checks in. Another might be where people pick up medicine. Some centers also have a window for the lab, or for help with paperwork. You can stay close to your grown-up as you walk from one window to the next.
When it is your turn, someone calls your name and takes you to a room.
Thanks for watching!
