Hello, my name is Hendrik Fourie. I'm an admissions counselor.
How does a campus visit work, and do we need to register?
A campus visit usually pairs an information session with a walking tour. Most colleges ask visitors to sign up online ahead of time, and some welcome walk-ins when space allows.
Visitors often check in at the admissions office or a visitor center. Someone from admissions then talks about majors, costs, financial aid and how to apply. A current student usually leads the tour past classrooms, the library and dining halls.
Call the office if you have questions about your visit or your service. This is general information, not personal instructions. The admissions staff can explain what applies to your own visit.
Thanks for watching.
