Transcript

Hi, I'm Liya, a team coordinator.

Why do I see so many people in one day?

At a cleft and face team clinic, many experts see you in one day. Each one checks a different thing, like how you talk, hear, eat or smile.

You might meet a surgeon, a speech expert, a dentist and someone who checks your hearing. Some come to your room, and sometimes you go to them. When the speech expert listens, you can talk in your usual voice. Each person looks, listens and asks questions.

Later, the experts talk together and share one plan with your grown-up.

Thanks for watching!
