Hi, I'm Coach Bindu, a circus coach.
What happens at my first circus class?
A first circus class often happens in a tall room with thick mats. You might see long fabric hanging down, a trapeze, and juggling scarves or balls.
The class usually starts with a warm-up together. Then the coach shows a new skill, like tossing scarves or balancing. You can watch closely before your turn. Beginners often try the fabric or trapeze low, near the mat, with a coach helping.
At the end, the class might cool down together. Then you go meet your grown-up.
Thanks for watching!
