Hi, I'm Tanima, a camp director.

What is camp like?

Day camp is a place to play outside, try new games and meet other kids. You often join a group of kids near your age. A camp counselor leads the group.

You might play tag, make a craft, sing songs or go swimming. If you feel hot or thirsty, you can tell your counselor. Then your group might take a water break in the shade.

Your group often eats lunch together. At the end of the day, you go home by bus or with a grown-up.
