Hello, my name is Jaspreet Singh Dhaliwal. I'm a front desk lead.

Can we reserve a lane, or should we walk in?

Many bowling alleys take lane reservations, and most also welcome walk-ins when a lane is free. Evenings, weekends and league nights are often the busiest times, and walk-ins may wait for a lane then.

Reservations are often made online or by phone, and some places ask for a deposit for large groups. On arrival, someone at the front counter usually assigns a lane and hands out rental shoes.

Call the bowling alley if you have questions about your visit. This is general information, not personal instructions. Staff at your bowling alley can explain what applies to your group.

Thanks for watching.
