Hello, my name is Saikiran Gaddam. I'm a piercer.
What happens at a piercing appointment?
A piercing appointment usually starts with an ID check and a consent form. You then choose jewelry, often made of a metal meant for new piercings, such as implant-grade titanium.
The piercer cleans the skin and marks the spot, then checks the mark with you in a mirror. Many piercers use a new, sterile needle and guide the jewelry in right after it. Before you leave, the piercer explains how to care for the piercing.
Call the office if you have questions about your visit or your service. This is general information, not personal instructions. Your piercer can explain what applies to your own piercing.
Thanks for watching.
