Hello, my name is Neelam Arora. I'm a studio owner.

What does a first class look like?

A first baby and toddler class brings children and their grown-ups together with a teacher. Families often sit in a circle on mats or a rug.

The teacher leads songs, rhymes and simple movement, sometimes with shakers, scarves, balls or bubbles. Grown-ups join in, and each child takes part in their own way. Some children watch first and join later, and moving around the room is common. Many classes end with a goodbye song.

Call the studio if you have questions about your visit or your classes. This is general information, not personal instructions. The teacher can explain what applies to your own child.

Thanks for watching.
