Hello, my name is Ziad Abboud. I'm a service advisor.
What affects how long my service will take?
The length of a service visit depends mostly on the work the car needs. Routine maintenance, such as an oil change, is often quicker than a repair that needs a part ordered.
The number of cars ahead in the shop also matters. Extra work found during the visit usually waits for the owner's approval. Recall work, software updates and a car wash, where offered, can add to the visit as well.
Call the office if you have questions about your visit or your service. This is general information, not personal instructions. Your service advisor can tell you what applies to your own car.
Thanks for watching.
