What happens after school here?

An after-school program starts when the school day ends. You might walk over or ride a bus. A staff member checks your name on a list.

There is often a snack to start. Then you might do homework at a table. If you get stuck, you can raise your hand. Then a helper might come over to work on it with you.

After that comes play. You might run outside, play games in the gym, build or draw. At pick-up, a grown-up signs you out, and you head home.
