Hi, I'm Coach Mabel. I'm an adaptive sports coach.
What happens on my first day of adaptive sports?
On a first day of adaptive sports, you meet the coaches and other players. A coach might ask what you like to play and what helps you join in.
You might try equipment like a sports wheelchair or a ball that makes sounds. Games are often changed so everyone can play. You can tell a coach or your grown-up when you want a break. Then the group plays a game together.
At the end, players often cheer and say goodbye.
