Questions before you order
What do we pay today?
Annual: $1,188 today on Starter or $2,388 today on Plus, for the whole year with no setup fee. Monthly: $598 today on Starter or $1,698 today on Plus, for the setup fee and your first month. Prices are before tax, and any add-ons you choose are extra.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. You pay month to month or a year at a time, and your plan renews until you cancel.
Can we cancel after ordering?
Cancel anytime.
Do prices change?
We email you at least 30 days before any change to what you pay, and your price stays the same until then. If you do not agree, you can cancel before it changes.
Are prices before tax?
Yes. Any sales tax that applies is added when you pay.
How many answers are we ordering?
Starter includes 24 answers and Plus includes 48. Library questions and your own answers share that allowance. A library question counts separately for each audience you choose.
How do we choose our first answers?
After payment, review the questions and answers drafted from your website alongside the library questions for your kind of place. Keep the ones you want, edit the words or write your own.
When do we choose our languages?
Choose your languages in your account after payment. English is included, and Plus includes 1 additional language. Each chosen language’s answers must be made and approved before visitors hear them.
Can we add more answers after setup?
Yes. Your account lets you add library questions or your own answers later. Your paid allowance is used first, and you see the price before buying an answer beyond it.
How do we keep answers up to date?
Eligible pages let you edit wording in your account after setup. Approve the changed words, then review the new recording before sharing it. Your account tells you when the monthly re-recording allowance is used up.
Can we change the team on our page?
You set up your team after payment and can add staff later from your account. Each person gives their own permission. Remove anyone who leaves. Starter takes up to 4 staff members; your account shows any extra charge before an addition.
